FrontPath offers to its Members an opportunity to participate in Medication Therapy Management (MTM), facilitated by specially trained pharmacist. This program focuses on assisting plan beneficiaries in understanding and managing their chronic diseases.
MTM programs have shown to improve the quality of life of the employee and additional savings for the plan sponsor.
