fully insured health care offering available immediately for small group and individual medical group coverage in the Greater Toledo region. This cost competitive product will utilize the existing
FrontPath network of all Toledo-area hospitals and more than 80 regional hospitals and 7 specialty hospitals. The
FrontPath network includes over 8,500 primary care and specialty providers.
